Services

Shipping Information

We make best efforts to ship your products to your desired destination in the most economical way possible. Our regular transporter used is FedEx company. In some cases where product is extremely heavy, another common carrier may be used.

Should you have special shipping needs, including the need to divide shipments among multiple destinations, please inform us.

Goods are shipped FOB (Freight on Board) from the factory. This means that you own the merchandise from that point on. We guarantee that your items will leave the factory on or before the ship date specified on our Order Acknowledgment. However, we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international departments or by 'acts of God'. We will notify you with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. If you encounter any problems, please contact us for assistance.

We send products from a network of factories around the country. Orders placed on the same day may arrive at different times. If you have special requests regarding the arrival of the products, please specify them in the 'additional instructions' section of your order form. We will do everything within our power to ensure that your order SHIPPED on time. However, we will not accept responsibility for delays on overseas shipments.

Samples - Purchase with Confidence

We are happy to offer you samples to help you and your buyer purchase decision.

Here's how it works:

· We will try to provide samples to our registered, qualified customers

· Samples can be requested through e-mails

· Our partners can expect a lenient sample policy as we continue to work together on future projects

· We reserve the right to refuse free samples to any party at our discretion

Pre-Production Proofs

We can actually produce an actual proof of your item with your imprint prior to running your entire order. We recommend this on all orders where time permits. Pre-production proofs will incur an additional charge plus the price of the item, screens and setups. The entire process can take 5-10 days as the factory needs to set up to run for just one item.
